I joined LYU Lab run by Professor Yang Lyu this past september focusing on designing and developing optogenetic boxes, optomized to investigate the lifespan of Drosophila flies. Using these boxes, we are able to laser sergotonic receptors, activating and deactivating neurons at specific times, following the experiment's goals.
